(2) Pursuant to s 39(1)(d) of the Act, the fourth defendant is directed to give to the plaintiff by 14 November 2013 a sworn statement setting out all of her dealings with the item of property specified at Item 10a of Schedule One to the amended summons filed by the plaintiff on 8 May 2012. (3) The first defendant to pay two-thirds of the plaintiff's costs of the hearing of 9 April 2013. (4) The fourth defendant to pay one-third of the plaintiff's costs of the hearing of 9 April 2013.
