(3) Note that the Court declines to make any order as to the costs of the respondents' Notices of Motion or as to the post 16 August 2013 interest submissions and calculations. (4) Direct Deborah Bird to lodge with the Court, and serve on the respondents, within seven days of the date of this judgment a calculation of the interest to which she is entitled in accordance with the Court's reasons for judgment, with a view to the Court making a final order in chambers as to the amount of the judgment inclusive of interest. [Note: The Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 provide (Rule 36.11) that unless the Court otherwise orders, a judgment or order is taken to be entered when it is recorded in the Court's computerised court record system. Setting aside and variation of judgments or orders is dealt with by Rules 36.15, 36.16, 36.17 and 36.18.
