(4) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Applicant $5,000 within 28 days of the date of this decision. Directions: (1) Any application for costs and any evidence in support of such an application is to be filed and served within 28 days of the date of these reasons. (2) Any reply to such an application and any evidence in response, is to be filed and served within a further 28 days. (3) If necessary, a hearing date will be set to consider any application.
