APPLICATION 1This is an application for costs made by the respondent, The Owners - Strata Plan No 45205, pursuant to directions made by the Tribunal on 21 February 2014 following the hearing of the substantive matter on 3 and 4 February 2014. 2On request of the respondent the issue of costs was reserved and the parties were directed to file and exchange a short submission on that issue only, within 14 days of the date of the orders. 3The respondent's submissions were filed on 13 March 2014.
