I have heard from both parties. I amend the sentencing order which I made on 25 May 2012. The 4 year prison sentence is to commence on 29 August 2011 and to expire on 28 August 2015. The non-parole period of 2 years and 6 months will commence on 29 August 2011 and expire on 28 February 2014. The balance of the term of 18 months will commence on 29 February 2014 and expire on 28 August 2015. 2Mr Harley Page, I think Ms Wasley probably explained to you that there were some days which you ought not to have been credited. But there was one day that turned up that you should have got credit for. So your sentence has commenced 3 days later. Instead of 26 August it commenced 29 August. The non-parole period commences on the same day. Your non-parole period, which is the first day that you will be eligible for release depending on the Parole Authority, will be 28 February 2014.
