Grant leave to appeal. 2. Direct that a notice of appeal in the form in the white folder be filed within seven days. 3. Appeal allowed. 4. Set aside the orders made in the District Court on 24 October 2013. 5. In lieu thereof, make the following orders: (a) Order the plaintiff's application for an extension of time pursuant to s 48 of the Limitation of Actions Act 1936 (SA) be refused. (b) Order that the plaintiff pay the defendant's costs of that application. 6. The respondent to pay the applicants' costs in this Court. [Note: The Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 provide (Rule 36.11) that unless the Court otherwise orders, a judgment or order is taken to be entered when it is recorded in the Court's computerised court record system. Setting aside and variation of judgments or orders is dealt with by Rules 36.15, 36.16, 36.17 and 36.18.
