(2) An order pursuant to s 18B of the Act that the defendant be subject to an interim detention order from 5 October 2014 for a period of 28 days, expiring on 1 November 2014. (3) An order pursuant to s 20(1) of the Act that the Court issue a warrant for the commitment of the defendant to a correctional centre for the duration of the interim order referred to in order 2 above. (4) The matter is adjourned to the Common Law Registrar's list at 9.00am on Friday 10 October 2014, that being one week from today.
