The Conditions may be altered, varied or removed at the discretion of the Medical Council of New South Wales and, pursuant to s 163 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) 2009, the Medical Council is the appropriate review body. 4. The practitioner is to pay the Commission's costs of the proceedings.
