Judgment 1COMMISSIONER: On 9 August 2013, the Court granted consent to Development Application No. 21/2012 (the consent) for the demolition of a dwelling house and swimming pool and construction of 3 x 2 storey dwellings over a part basement garage, including courtyards, balconies and landscaping works, at 46 White Street, Balgowlah (the site) (Donohoe v Manly [2013] NSWLEC 1113 [Donohoe]).
