The appeal is allowed. 2. The sentence imposed by this Court on 20 March 2009 is quashed. 3. In lieu thereof the appellant is sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 12 years comprised of a non-parole period of 8 years and a balance of term of 4 years. The sentence is to commence on 25 September 2008. The appellant is eligible to be released to parole on 24 September 2016.
