Rosser, such stay to operate until further order of the Court or 28 days, whichever occurs first; (5)Otherwise and pursuant to the terms of s 51(1)(b) of the Supreme Court Act 1970 and to the extent necessary pursuant to s 51(5)(a) and/or s 51(6) of the Supreme Court Act 1970 order that the matter be removed into the Court of Appeal; (6)Order that leave be granted to the plaintiff to file and serve an amended summons in the Court of Appeal setting out with particularity those grounds of appeal relied upon in the plaintiff's summons dated 16 October 2014 which are said to contain a question of law.
