(ii) Order the entry of a verdict of acquittal on count 1. (iii) Pursuant to s 7(1) of the Criminal Appeal Act 1912 (NSW), quash the sentence imposed on count 2. (iv) In lieu, sentence the appellant to imprisonment comprising a non-parole period commencing 7 August 2013 and expiring on 17 December 2014. The balance of the term of the sentence will expire on 6 February 2015. (v) Direct the appellant's release to parole forthwith.
