(5) The sentence imposed in respect of count 7 is quashed and in lieu thereof impose a sentence compromising a non-parole period of 3 years and 3 months commencing 5 February 2016 and expiring on 4 May 2019 with a balance of term of 2 years and 9 months commencing 5 May 2019 and expiring on 4 February 2022. (6) The applicant will be eligible for release to parole at the expiration of the non-parole period relating to count 7.
