Having found Ms Joanne Senior guilty of unsatisfactory professional conduct and professional misconduct, the Tribunal reprimands Ms Senior in the strongest possible terms.
2. The Tribunal determines, pursuant to s 149C(4)(a) of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) No 86a, that if Ms Senior had been registered as a psychologist on the National Register the Tribunal would have cancelled her registration.
3. The Tribunal decided, pursuant to s 149C(4)(b) of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) No 86a, that Ms Senior is disqualified from being registered as a psychologist for a period of three years from the date of this order.
4. The Tribunal requires, pursuant to s 149C(4)(c) of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) No 86a, the Psychology Board of Australia to record that the Tribunal would have cancelled Ms Senior's registration in the National Register kept by the Board.
5. The Tribunal orders, pursuant to s 149C (5) of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) No 86a, that Ms Senior be prohibited from providing any of the following health services, whether by herself or through supervision of another person, for a period of three years from the date of this order: Therapy; Psychotherapy; Welfare services; Counselling; Any other mental health service; and/or Clinical supervision of psychology students.
