EX TEMPORE Judgment 1. On 15 May 2015, the plaintiff Malvina Park Pty Ltd trading as Firths The Superannuation Lawyers ("Firths") filed a summons in this Court seeking an order pursuant to r 25.2 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 ("UCPR") to: "restrain the defendant from disposing of, dealing with or diminishing the value of bank account number XXX with the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited of $40,830.39". 1. Curiously, the summons also sought leave to issue a further summons. No further summons has been issued.
