(2)Appeal allowed. (3)The sentence imposed for the offence under s 52A [CAN H 52971217/1 (58912004)] is quashed and in lieu thereof the applicant is sentenced to a non-parole period of 1 year 7 months commencing on 6 December 2013 and expiring on 5 July 2015. There will be an additional term of 1 year 5 months commencing 6 July 2015 and expiring on 5 December 2016. (4)The disqualification period of 10 years is confirmed. (5)All other sentences imposed in the District Court on 25 June 2014 are confirmed. (6)Pursuant to s 50 of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 direct that the applicant to be released at the expiration of the non-parole period.
