REASONS FOR Decision
Introduction 1. This was an appeal from a decision of the Consumer and Commercial Division of the Tribunal (the Tribunal). At a hearing in Lismore on 15 January 2015, the appellant (the applicant below), had sought various orders including orders that the respondent pay him $150.00, and that he did not have to pay the respondent $469.92. 2. At that hearing the Tribunal made orders dismissing the appellant's claim for payment of the $150.00, and ordered the appellant to pay the respondent $469.92. It is from that second decision that the appellant seeks to appeal. 3. For the reasons that follow, we consider that leave to appeal should be refused, and the appeal otherwise dismissed.
