Demolish and reconstruct." and the order relating to item 5 of the schedule incorporates the additional instructions detailed in item 5 of the defect schedule. 2 The proceedings are to be stood over to a directions hearing on a date to be fixed by the Registrar and thereafter listed for hearing before me to enable the remaining issues between the parties to be determined. 3 Costs of the present proceedings are reserved to be determined in conjunction with any order for costs of the whole application.
