The declaration that Mr Huynh is a disqualified person for the purposes of the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 for a period of six years is set aside. 2. Pursuant to s 192(1)(h) of the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 Mr Huynh is declared to be a disqualified person for the purposes of the Act until 14 April 2018. 3. The decision under review is otherwise affirmed. 4. The stay order made on 14 July 2015 is lifted.
