(2) The aggregate sentence imposed by Garling ADCJ on 3 September 2015 is quashed. (3) In lieu thereof, the respondent is sentenced to a term of imprisonment which consists of a non-parole period of 10 years, with a balance of term of 5 years, commencing 18 August 2014. The respondent will be eligible for release to parole on 17 August 2024. The balance of term will expire on 17 August 2029.
