1. Mr Vega is reprimanded in the strongest possible terms. 2. Mr Vega's registration is cancelled. 3. Mr Vega is not eligible to seek a review of the cancellation order for a period of four years from the date of this decision. 4. Mr Vega is prohibited from providing health services, while the cancellation order remains in force, either as public or private services, including: a. Medical, hospital, nursing and midwifery services b. Mental health services c. Community health services, including any carer services for elderly or disabled persons d. Health education services, and e. Welfare services, necessary to implement any of the above 5. Mr Vega is to pay the costs of the Health Care Complaints Commission as agreed or assessed.
