REASONS FOR DECISION
Introduction 1. On 11 August 2015, the Tribunal, at first instance, ordered the applicant before us, Paul Davis t/as Local Bloke Removals, to pay to the respondents, Tracy Drady and Patricia Burridge, the sum of $3,300 within 7 days. 2. On 5 November 2015, a Notice of Appeal was filed. It was out of time. As explained below, the notice identified no errors of law, but seeks leave to appeal, including by seeking to adduce evidence which, however, was available at the time of the original hearing, and it also seeks an extension of time. For the reasons which follow, we decline to grant an extension of time, and the appeal is otherwise dismissed.
