(2) Pursuant to s 20(1) of the Crimes (High Risk Offenders) Act 2006 a warrant is hereby issued for the committal of the defendant to a correctional centre for five (5) years concluding 3 November 2020.
(3) All reports prepared for the purposes of these proceedings and the making of this order be provided to Corrective Services New South Wales and/or any agency involved in the defendant's supervision, the Guardianship Division of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the defendant's treating clinicians and health care practitioners.
