Under s 39 of the Mental Health (Forensic Provisions) Act, it is ordered that Mr Moyano is to be detained in a correctional facility or at such other place as determined by the Mental Health Review Tribunal until released by due process of law; Also directed that as soon as practicable the Registrar: (1) notify: (a) the Minister of Health of the order; and (b) the Mental Health Review Tribunal of the verdict and of this order, and (2) provide the Tribunal with a copy of: (i) these reasons; (ii) the transcript of the special hearing; and (iii) the exhibits tendered during the special hearing.
