(2) The first respondent's decisions to refuse to provide access to information, and to provide access to information, are set aside and the following decisions are made in substitution: a. The provision of access to the following information is refused: the information in the responses to the second part of question 2, to questions 3 to 5 (including the first nine words of the marginal comment) and to questions 16 and 23; information in the first sentence in response to question 21; the handwritten information in Section E other than the date; the fifth to ninth words and signature in the comment beginning "Please note" on a separate page; and the information constituted by the complainant's handwriting. b. Access is to be provided to the remainder of the information sought by the applicant. (3) The first respondent is to provide the applicant with access to information in accordance with Orders 1 and 2, on 17 February 2017.
