Introduction 1. Ms Bryleva has appealed from a decision of the Consumer and Commercial Division of the Tribunal awarding her compensation in the sum of $100 and a rent reduction to $138.02 per week from 23 June 2016 to 28 July 2016 and from 16 August 2016 to 11 November 2016. 2. For the reasons set out below, we have refused leave to appeal and dismissed the appeal.
