The Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct; 3. The practitioner's registration is cancelled; 4. The practitioner is not eligible to apply to the Tribunal for a review of Order 3 for a period of 5 years; 5. The practitioner is prohibited from providing the following health services, whether as public, private or volunteer, unless and until he obtains re-registration as a psychologist: (a) community health services; (b) counselling; (c) health education services; (d) mental health services (e) supervision or coaching of psychologists, psychology students or any allied health services, and; (f) welfare services or any allied health services necessary to implement the above services; 6. The Respondent is to pay the costs incurred by the Applicant.
