Any application for costs by a party is to be supported by evidence and submissions of no more than 3 pages in length and is to be filed with the Tribunal and served on the other party on or before 7 April 2017. If there is no application made for costs by 7 April 2017 there will be no order as to costs. Any evidence and submissions in response to an application for costs from the party opposing the application for costs is to be filed with the Tribunal and served on the other party on or before 5 May 2017. The parties are to advise the Tribunal in their respective submission if they consent to the issue of costs being determined dealt with on the papers.
