Appeal allowed. 2. Orders of the primary judge be set aside and in lieu thereof:
(1) Declare that a sum equal to $1,674,969.99 plus interest, from 8 June 2017 until the date of these orders, at the rate of $59.17 per day, be paid to the plaintiff out of the controlled monies account established pursuant to the order made by the Family Court of Australia on 16 June 2016 in proceedings between the first respondent and the second respondent. (2) Order the second defendant pay the plaintiff's costs of the proceedings. (3) Order that the proceedings be otherwise dismissed. 3. The second respondent pay the appellant's costs of the appeal.
