I impose a further period of imprisonment of 2 years to commence upon the expiration of the NPP and expiring 24/11/19. The total sentence is, therefore, 4 years and 6 months comprising the NPP and the balance of the sentence. Form 1 matters taken into account.

For the offence in relation to the charge of resisting a police officer in the execution of his or her duty, I set a period of full-time imprisonment for 1 month, commencing 25/5/15 and expiring 24/6/15.
