The appeal of Sharon Way in this matter is allowed.
2. The decision of Pamela Brunner, as delegated decision maker for the respondent, that the appellant's classification and grade be reduced to that of Disability Support Worker Year 10 with effect from 24 March 2017 is varied to the extent that the appellant's classification and grade be restored to that of Team Leader with effect from 22 September 2017.
