(2) Sentence imposed in the District Court on 18 January 2017 quashed. (3) In lieu, the applicant is sentenced to imprisonment for 2 years and 2 months with a non-parole period of 10 months 28 days commencing 18 January 2017 and expiring on 15 December 2017. The applicant is to be released upon parole forthwith. It is a condition of parole that the applicant be supervised for the term of the parole period. The standard conditions set out in cl 214 of the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Regulation 2014 (NSW) will also apply.
