REASONS FOR DECISION 1. This is an application for review of a decision by the respondent on 30 May 2017 to revoke the Master Security licence held by the applicant, Streamax Pty Ltd (Streamax) under the Security Industry Act 1997. The decision was based on the reasons that the applicant had contravened a condition of the licence by failing to notify changes in particulars of the licence, namely the change of directors; and that it had knowingly supplied false or misleading information in connection with an application for a security licence. 2. The applicant submits that the respondent's decision was made on an incorrect factual basis.
