Order pursuant to s 66G(1) of the Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW) that George Ayoub and Sashi Veale be appointed as trustees for the sale of the land situated at: (i) Lot 10 Namatjira Avenue, Londonderry in the State of New South Wales being the land comprised in certificate of title 10/1162092 ("Lot 10"); and (ii) 1 Muscharry Road, Londonderry in the State of New South Wales being the land comprised in certificate of title 11/1162092 ("Muscharry Road"). 2. Order that the land comprised in Lot 10 and Muscharry Road vest in George Ayoub and Sashi Veale subject to incumbrances affecting the whole of the respective properties but free from incumbrances (if any) affecting any undivided share therein to be held by the said trustees on the statutory trust for sale under Division 6 of Part 4 of the Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW). 3. Order that the plaintiff's costs be paid out of the proceeds of sale of Lot 10 and/or the proceeds of sale of Muscharry Road and that the defendant bear his own costs of the proceedings. 4. Order that the trustees, George Ayoub and Sashi Veale, be paid for their services as trustees out of the proceeds of sale of Lot 10 and/or the proceeds of sale of Muscharry Road at a rate not to exceed $350.00 per hour.
