(3) The directions made on 6 September 2018 and the hearing on 30 November 2018 are vacated (4) In the event the appellant pays the fee of $422.00 and it is received by the Registrar no later than 4pm on 5 October 2018, upon payment of the fee: (a) orders 2 and 3 will cease to have effect; and (b) the directions made on 6 September 2018 will thereafter continue in full force and effect and the hearing on 30 November 2018 will be reinstated.
