1. The Respondent is not permitted to provide any health services until such time as he is registered as a Registered Nurse. 2. The Respondent is not permitted to apply for registration as a Registered Nurse for a period of four years from the date of this order. 3. The Respondent is to pay the Applicant's costs of the complaint in the sum of $7,200.00.
The Tribunal notes that the Tribunal would have cancelled the Respondent's registration in the National Register kept by the Board, if the Respondent had still been a registered nurse.
