(3) The aggregate head sentence and aggregate non-parole period imposed by Judge Culver on 21 February 2017 are quashed.
(4) In substitution, the applicant is sentenced to an aggregate head sentence of 4 years and 6 months imprisonment with an aggregate non-parole period of 2 years and 9 months, each to commence on 4 February 2017. The aggregate head sentence to expire on 3 August 2021.
