(4) The matter is to be listed before the Court on 1 February 2019 for consequential orders, or, in the event that the security has not been provided, an order for the dismissal of the proceedings under rule 42.21(3). (5) I grant liberty to apply on 7 days' notice for any additional orders relevant to security for costs. (6) The plaintiff is to pay the defendant's costs of the Notice of Motion filed on 28 September 2018.
