(2) That the respondent pay a monetary fine of $10,000 (3) That pursuant to section 64 of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act the publication of the names of the wife and children of the Respondent and of any person who was a client of the Respondent and of any information which might tend to identify any such person is prohibited. (4) That the respondent pay the costs of the applicant assessed in default of agreement.
