Pursuant to ss 5B and 9(1)(a) of the Crimes (High Risk Offenders) Act 2006 (NSW), the defendant be under supervision in the community for a period of 2 years commencing on 2 April 2019 when the defendant's interim supervision order expires.
2. Pursuant to s 11 of the Crimes (High Risk Offenders) Act 2006 (NSW), during the period of his extended supervision in accordance with (1), above, the defendant is to comply with the conditions in the Schedule to these reasons.
