Orders under Section 64 of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 1. At the hearing of the Application on 5 February 2019, the Tribunal made orders under section 64(1)(a) of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 set out below, prohibiting the publication of the Applicant's name and the name of any staff member of the University of Sydney.
