(i) For the offence of the murder of Son Thanh Nguyen on 10 April 2013 the offender is convicted.
(ii) For the offence of the murder of Thi Kim Lien Do on 10 April 2013 the offender is convicted.
(iii) The indicative sentence for the offence of the murder of Son Thanh Nguyen is 28 years imprisonment.
(iv) The indicative sentence for the offence of the murder of Thi Kim Lien Do is 28 years imprisonment.
(v) I impose an aggregate sentence of 40 years imprisonment commencing on 22 September 2016 and expiring on 21 September 2056, with a non-parole period of 30 years imprisonment commencing on 22 September 2016 and expiring on 21 September 2046.
(vi) The offender will be eligible for parole on 22 September 2046 and her sentence will expire on 21 September 2056.
In respect of the offender Kevin Ly:
(i) For the offence of the murder of Son Thanh Nguyen on 10 April 2013 the offender is convicted.
(ii) For the offence of the murder of Thi Kim Lien Do on 10 April 2013 the offender is convicted.
