(2) Order that the first defendant be restrained by itself and its servants and agents from doing either or both of the following in connection with the Determination:
(a) Requesting the provision of an adjudication certificate pursuant to s 24(1) of the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW) (the Act);
(b) Filing an adjudication certificate as a judgment for a debt in any court pursuant to s 25 of the Act.
(3) Order that the sum of $887,532.80 paid into court on 5 April 2019 and any interest thereon be paid to the plaintiffs.
(4) Order that the first defendant pay the plaintiffs' costs of the proceedings.
