(2) The appeal is allowed and sentences imposed at first instance are quashed. (3) In lieu thereof (a) For count 1 the offender is sentenced to a sentence of imprisonment consisting of a non-parole period of 3 years commencing from 5 April 2016 and expiring on 4 April 2019 and a balance of term of 2 years to commence on 5 April 2019. (b) For count 2, the offender is sentenced to a sentence of imprisonment consisting of a non-parole period of 3 years commencing from 5 April 2017 and expiring on 4 April 2020 with a balance of term of 3 years to commence on 5 April 2020.
