REASONS FOR DECISION 1. The applicant in these proceedings, Mr Hodder, sought review of the decision to refuse his application for an individual contractor's licence in the category of "General Building work". The Respondent refused the application on the basis that Mr Hodder had not demonstrated that he had the required minimum of two years' relevant industry experience in a wide range of residential building work.
