(2) Pursuant to s 98(4)(c) of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 (NSW), the plaintiff to pay the defendant's costs of the defendant's notice of motion dated 23 October 2018 in the sum of $4,525.00. (3) Pursuant to s 98(4)(c) of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 (NSW), the plaintiff to pay the defendant's costs of the plaintiff's notice of motion dated 23 April 2019 in the sum of $900.00. (4) The plaintiff's notice of motion dated 23 April 2019 is otherwise dismissed.
