EX TEMPORE Judgement (REVISED)
Introduction 1. Virginia Grace Hooker is before me today for sentence in respect of two episodes of misconduct, the second of which was committed while she was on bail awaiting the continuation of the proceedings in respect of the first. I shall deal with the matters sequentially. The Crown has tendered two bundles of material one for each of the prosecutions.
