3. Quash the sentence imposed on 1 March 2017, and in lieu thereof impose an aggregate sentence of 16½ years imprisonment, commencing 14 July 2015 and expiring 13 January 2032, with a non-parole period of 12 years and 4 months, expiring 13 November 2027. The indicative sentences are: Count 2, taking into account the Form 1 offences: 12 years with a non-parole period of 9 years. Count 3: 6 years with a non-parole period of 4½ years. Count 4: 6 years and 9 months with a non-parole period of 5 years. Count 5: 7½ years with a non-parole period of 5½ years. Count 6: 9 years with a non-parole period of 6 years and 9 months. Count 10: 12 years with a non-parole period of 9 years. The earliest date on which the applicant will be eligible for release on parole is 13 November 2027.
