(2) The offender is sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 4 years and 8 months with a non-parole period of 3 years and 6 months. (3) Pursuant to the provisions of section 47 of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 (NSW), the Court directs that such term of imprisonment shall commence on 19 November 2018 and that the non-parole period shall expire on 18 May 2022 with the balance of the sentence to expire on 18 July 2023. (4) Pursuant to the provisions of section 18B of the Drug Court Act 1998 (NSW), the offender is referred to the Drug Court.
