(2) Pursuant to s 11 of the Crimes (High Risk Offenders) Act 2006 (NSW), during the period of his extended supervision in accordance with (1) above, the defendant is to comply with the conditions in the Schedule to these reasons. (3) Until the final disposition of Local Court proceedings number 2019/00045212, an order restricting access to the Supreme Court's file in respect of this proceeding such that access would only be permitted to a non-party with leave of a judge of the Court, and only after the parties have had notice of the non-party's application for access and have been afforded an opportunity to be heard.
